For example, bluegrass lawns require more nutrition, more moisture and tend to have more thatch build up. Your program will be adjusted to take in to account your grass variety, thatch thickness and current soil condition.

This will ensure your lawn is receiving the proper amount of nutrients and benefits of additional products year round.

Each year we limit the amount of new clients accepted to ensure your lawn will be cared for appropriately.

Time sensitive applications such as pre-emergents and grub control will be applied within their proper window. This will ensure the product is not applied to early and wear off to soon or applied to late and rendered ineffective.

Having a limited customer count will allow our lawn care specialists to spend more time caring for your lawn.

You will also be alerted of any major issues to watch out for such as lawn disease, insect infestations or drought conditions.

If after working through the process lined out and you are unsatisfied with the results, we will work with you to fix the issue or refund the equivalent of the last treatment price.
